Airline Relationship Disclosure

The desk books seats with carriers on your instruction as an independent agency. It speaks for no carrier and cannot serve as any carrier's help desk.

Independent of every carrier

CCV Enterprises operates the CCV Enterprises travel desk with no carrier standing behind it. No airline owns it, sponsors it, endorses it or holds any affiliation with it, and the desk operates no aircraft of its own.

How the desk books

Carrier fares and seats reach the desk through third-party reservation systems built for travel agencies. Once you accept a quote the booking is placed in your name and the carrier issues the ticket.

Not a carrier's help desk

Assistance from this desk covers journeys booked through CCV Enterprises and nothing beyond them. A ticket bought on a carrier's own site, at its counter or through another agency has to go back to that seller for an amendment, a refund, check-in or a baggage question, because the desk cannot open those records.

How the desk is paid

The desk earns its service fee, which is contained in every total it quotes and printed on its own line. Where a supplier pays a commission or an incentive, it alters nothing about the fare the carrier charges you.

Carrier names and trademarks

Where a carrier is named on a quote or a ticket, the name identifies who will fly you. Carrier names and logos belong to their owners, and their appearance here implies no partnership of any kind.
