Booking & fares
- Flight Booking PolicyAn agent places the booking. You receive an itemized all-in quote, approve it, pay that total, and receive the ticket once the carrier issues it.
- Booking and Ticketing TermsA booking becomes final only when the carrier has issued the ticket, and the flight itself runs on that carrier's own conditions of carriage.
- Service Fee PolicyThe desk fee pays for the agent's work. It is separate from the airline fare, contained in the all-in total, and shown to you before you pay.
- Payment PolicyNo payment before you approve a quote, never more than the approved total, and always through a third-party payment provider's own secure page.
- Refund and Cancellation PolicyCancel yourself and the fare conditions decide what returns. If the carrier cancels or significantly changes the flight, the federal rules may require a refund, and where they do, you receive it.
- Changes and Rebooking PolicyAn amendment is priced as fare difference, plus any carrier change charge, plus the desk fee, and is filed only once you have accepted that price.
- Baggage InformationAllowances and fees belong to the carrier and follow the fare. The desk reports what your ticket carries and links to the carrier's own fee page.
- Airline Relationship DisclosureThe desk books seats with carriers on your instruction as an independent agency. It speaks for no carrier and cannot serve as any carrier's help desk.
- Complaints Handling PolicyReport what went wrong. The complaint is logged against a reference, acknowledged, investigated and answered in writing, and every outside right stays open.

- Privacy PolicyThe desk records what a flight request needs, passes it on only where the journey requires, never sells it, and will show, correct or delete it on request.
