A package here is a shape, not a fixed departure. We rework it around your dates, your party and your budget, and cost the result as one figure.

Request a callbackContact usEvery package on this website is written day by day, with the inclusions and the exclusions both listed in full. That is the whole point of booking one: you should be able to read what will happen and what it contains before you commit.
None of them is a fixed departure. The published itinerary is the shape we think works — the right number of nights in each place, the excursions that are worth the drive, the days that have to be left empty. We rework it around you, and your quotation becomes the authoritative version.
Flights are not included in any package here unless the inclusions say so in terms. We will tell you what the air portion is likely to cost on your dates, and you book it yourself or through someone who does.

Nights get redistributed, excursions swapped and travel days placed where they belong, around your dates and the party.

You see the inclusions and the exclusions
Both lists, in full, with the price basis stated. If something is not on the inclusions list, it is not in the price.

You approve one total
The accommodation, transfers and named excursions as one figure, with taxes and our planning fee itemised.

Documents before you travel
A confirmation per supplier, an itinerary with addresses, references and contact numbers, and a named agent to call.
Questions about this service
Can I change a published itinerary?
Yes — that is how all of them are sold. Nights, excursions and the order can all move. The quotation shows the revised shape and the revised inclusions.
Why are flights not included?
Because a package price that moved every time an airline changed its fares would be useless to you. We cost the land arrangements firmly and tell you what the air portion looks like.
What happens if an excursion is cancelled on the day?
If it is cancelled by the operator or made impossible by weather, we arrange a substitute or refund that element. You are not charged for something that did not happen.
Is the price per person or for the whole party?
Per person, on the sharing basis printed beside it — usually two sharing. A single traveller or a party of three in a room both price differently, and the quotation will show which applies.
Can you quote a package to a destination not listed?
Sometimes. Ask. If we cannot arrange it to a standard we would stand behind, we will tell you that instead of quoting it anyway.
