Supplier Relationship Disclosure

What this desk is

CCV Enterprises is the travel desk of CCV Enterprises, operating as an independent travel agency from 1, 49, Lisari Road, Vikas Puri, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh 250002, India. It arranges accommodation, transfers, excursions and packages that other companies supply and deliver.

It is not a hotel, a resort, a villa operator, a transport company, an airline or a tour operator in its own right. It owns no property and operates no vehicle.

No affiliation is claimed

This desk is not owned by, endorsed by, or acting under the brand of any hotel group, chain or operator. Where a supplier's name appears in your quotation, your confirmation or your voucher, it appears as the company supplying that element — not as a partner, a sponsor or an affiliate of this desk.

No trade accreditation, consolidator status, membership or government licence is claimed by this desk unless the particular detail appears on the Contact and Legal Information page, where every registration we actually hold is listed. If it is not on that page, we do not hold it.

Who you are contracting with

Two relationships exist, and keeping them apart matters when something goes wrong. With this desk, you contract for the arranging: the search, the quotation, the booking, the documents and the support. With each supplier, you contract for the thing itself: the room, the villa, the transfer, the excursion — on that supplier's own terms, which we show you before you approve the total.

So a problem with how a booking was arranged is ours. A problem with the room itself is the property's, and we will help you pursue it under their terms.

How this desk is paid

By the planning fee shown on its own line in your quotation, and in some cases by a commission the supplier pays out of the rate. Neither changes what we recommend. We publish a narrow selection and quote from it because we can answer for it, not because one supplier pays better. If you ask whether a commission applies to something we have quoted, we will tell you.

What we do not claim

No cheapest-price claim, no exclusive or special rate access, no price matching and no advertised saving. The same property can often be booked elsewhere, sometimes for less. What this desk sells is that someone checked it, wrote down what it actually involves, and will answer the phone about it.
