The standard being worked to

The target is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. No formal audit against that standard has been carried out yet, and this page will say so until one has.

What is in place

• Color pairings checked for readable contrast.
• Full keyboard operation, with a visible outline on whatever holds focus.
• Headings, labels and form fields structured for a screen reader.
• Layouts that reflow for phone, tablet and desktop and hold together when text is enlarged.

Known gaps

Some documents and some third-party components, a payment page among them, may not meet the standard in full. These are being identified and corrected.

Sending a request another way

Where any part of this site obstructs you, write to contact@ccventerprises.com or ask for a callback and an agent will take the request from there. The desk can also pass a request for wheelchair assistance or other help to the carrier, which provides it under the Air Carrier Access Act and its own published procedures.

Reporting a barrier

Name the page, what you were trying to complete, and the browser or assistive technology in use. You will get an answer, and the fix goes on the list.
