Who is bound by these terms
These terms bind you from the moment you browse ccventerprises.com or send CCV Enterprises, trading as CCV Enterprises ("the desk", "we"), a request to book or amend a flight. Every other document linked from this site covers a narrower topic and forms part of these terms.
What the desk is
CCV Enterprises is a general trading company, and this website is its travel desk. The desk acts as an independent travel agency, arranging flights with carriers on your instruction. It is not an airline, it operates no flight, and it is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by any carrier or government body. See the Airline Relationship Disclosure.
The state of the site today
Online booking at ccventerprises.com is unfinished. Any figure the search returns is sample data assembled for demonstration and is not an offer capable of acceptance. The site issues no ticket and takes no payment. Every booking is placed by an agent, who confirms a live fare with you before anything is charged.
How a booking is assembled
You describe the journey. A written quote returns, carrying the flights, the governing fare conditions and one all-in total made up of airline fare, taxes, government and airport charges and the desk fee. Nothing is booked until you accept that quote and your payment clears. The contract to carry you is between you and the carrier, on that carrier's conditions of carriage; the Booking and Ticketing Terms go into this further.
What the desk needs from you
- Each traveler's name exactly as it reads on the document they will travel on, and contact details that reach you.
- A reading of every quote and itinerary on arrival, with any error reported at once.
- Valid passports, visas and whatever else the route demands, carried by the traveler.
- Compliance with the carrier's rules on check-in deadlines, baggage and boarding.
- Use of this site within the law and within the Website Usage Policy.
Totals, fees and payment
U.S. Department of Transportation full-fare advertising rules require every total quoted to contain all mandatory taxes and fees, the desk fee among them. Optional carrier extras, such as a bag or a chosen seat, are priced separately and are the carrier's own charge. The detail is in the Service Fee Policy and the Payment Policy.
Amendments, cancellations and refunds
Where you ask for an amendment or a cancellation, the fare conditions determine what is possible and what it costs. Where the federal rules require a refund, for instance after a carrier cancels or significantly changes a flight, you receive it. The desk acts only on a quote you have approved. The Changes and Rebooking Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy carry the full procedure.
Where the desk's responsibility stops
The desk is answerable for assembling your booking with care and for carrying out the instructions you approve. Operating the flight is the carrier's work: delay, cancellation, schedule change, denied boarding and baggage handling fall under that carrier's conditions and the law applying to it. Nothing in these terms removes a right that federal or state consumer protection law says cannot be waived.
Complaints and governing law
Start a dispute with the Complaints Handling Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and by applicable U.S. federal law, and any dispute is to be heard in the state or federal courts sitting in Delaware. This does not displace a consumer right you hold under the law of your own state.
Amendment of these terms
These terms may be amended. A booking is governed by the version published on the day its quote was approved.
