You give us the dates and the party; we find a property of the standard you want that actually has space, and quote it with its terms attached.
For bookings made through CCV Enterprises. The supplier’s own terms and charges apply, and nothing is changed until you approve a written quote.
Request a callbackContact usThe work in booking a stay is not the searching — anyone can search. It is establishing that a property of a given standard has space on your dates, at a rate it will honour, in a building that suits the people travelling.
That is why the selection on this website describes standards of property in an area rather than named hotels. We quote the house that is actually available, and we name it in the quotation and again on the confirmation before you pay anything.
Where a detail matters — the number of steps to the door, whether the lake view is obstructed, whether a cot can go in that room — we ask the property specifically and tell you the answer we were given.
How it works

Send the dates and the party
Destination, arrival and departure, how many adults and children, and the ages of any children. Ages decide whether a child can share at all.

Tell us what would make it work
Step-free access, a twin rather than a double, a quiet room, breakfast included, a kitchen for a longer stay. Anything structural has to be said now.

We check with the properties
We confirm availability, the room category, the board basis and the cancellation window directly, rather than reading it off a screen.

You get options with one total each
Normally two or three, each naming the property and itemising the rate, the taxes and our planning fee.

You approve, we confirm
Payment is taken as the Payment Policy sets out and the booking is confirmed with the property. You hold a confirmation naming it and the reference.
Questions about this service
Why does the website not name the hotel?
Because naming one would mean attaching a price to availability we have not checked for your dates. We describe the standard and the area, and name the actual property in your quotation — before you pay anything.
Can I ask for a specific hotel by name?
Yes. If we hold a rate with it, we will quote it. If we do not, we will say so rather than quote something else and let you assume it is the same place.
Is the price on the website what I will pay?
No — it is indicative, on the basis printed beside it. Your dates, the party and the season all move it. The quotation is the real figure and it is the one you approve.
When is the booking actually confirmed?
When you hold our written confirmation naming the property and the reference. A quotation is not a booking and neither is a conversation.
What do I settle at the property?
Anything charged to the room during the stay — meals outside the board basis, laundry, a minibar, a spa treatment — plus any security deposit or local levy. We will tell you where one applies.
