About the CCV Enterprises travel desk
A desk that takes air travel requests, works the airline reservation systems and writes the result down. An agency, not an airline.
The desk and the company
CCV Enterprises is a general trading company. This website is its travel desk: the part of the business that receives air travel requests, prices them through airline reservation systems and places the booking. Correspondence for the desk goes to contact@ccventerprises.com, and the business address on file is 651 N Broad St, Suite 201, Middletown, DE 19709, United States.
Stated plainly, because the name belongs to a trading company rather than a travel brand: the desk is an independent travel agency. It is not an airline, it operates no aircraft, and it holds no affiliation, agency or endorsement from any carrier or any government body. Nothing written here describes the company's other trading activity, on which this site makes no claims at all.
What the desk handles
Scheduled passenger flights, departing from airports in the United States and arriving domestically or abroad, for one traveler or for a party. A request reaches the desk by email or through a callback request on this site. An agent opens a record, searches current fares and answers in writing.
Work the desk does not take on: hotels, car rental, cruise, rail, visa processing and travel insurance. Where a request falls outside air travel, the reply says so rather than passing the request elsewhere.
What is promised, and what is not
Promised: the options the desk can find for your dates, the conditions attached to each one, a total with every line named, and no charge until you have approved that total.
Not promised: the lowest fare on the market, a fare only this desk can see, a guaranteed refund, or any outcome that rests with an airline. Fares belong to the carriers and reach the desk through the reservation systems travel agencies use. The same fare is frequently on sale elsewhere, and the desk claims nothing to the contrary. It holds no airline partnership, no corporate accreditation and no industry membership.
Prices as the federal rules require them
U.S. Department of Transportation full-fare advertising rules require a ticket agent to quote a price that already contains every mandatory tax and fee. Each total from this desk is built that way, with the airline fare, the taxes and government charges, and the desk's own service fee written above it on separate lines. Optional airline extras, such as a checked bag or a chosen seat, sit outside the total and are pointed to on the carrier's own fee page.
The search on this site is a demonstration
The flight search here runs on sample data. The fares it returns were generated to show how a result list is laid out; they are not seats, not offers, and not connected to any airline inventory. The site takes no card details and issues no ticket. A booking is placed by an agent, against fares pulled on the day, after a written quote has been approved.
What we hold ourselves to
-
One total, every line named
The figure you approve is the figure collected, and the quote shows who receives each part of it.
-
Compared on conditions
Options are ranked on what the fare permits and what the journey costs in hours, not on the headline number alone.
-
Nothing acted on unasked
No reservation, amendment or cancellation is filed until your written approval sits on the record.
-
Limits on the record
Where the answer belongs to an airline or an authority, the desk says so instead of promising an outcome.
A journey to price?
Send the route, the dates and the number of travelers. An agent opens a record and replies with options and one total. Nothing is reserved until you say so.
