Flight Booking Policy

An agent places the booking. You receive an itemized all-in quote, approve it, pay that total, and receive the ticket once the carrier issues it.

Sending a request

Requests reach the desk through the forms on this site, by email, or by asking for a callback. An agent searches the airline reservation systems the desk uses and replies with options. A request on its own holds no seat and freezes no price.

Why the site shows sample data

Online booking is still under construction. For now a search on ccventerprises.com returns invented example fares that demonstrate how a result list will read. They report nothing about what is on sale, and the site neither charges a card nor issues a ticket.

What a quote contains

  • Flight numbers, departure and arrival times, connections and the cabin booked.
  • The fare's conditions on amendment, cancellation and refund, in plain words.
  • The baggage the fare carries, with a link to the carrier's own fee page.
  • One all-in total in USD, itemized as airline fare, taxes and government charges, and desk fee.
  • An indication of how long the quote can be expected to hold.

If the fare moves before the ticket is issued

Carrier prices move continually and only the issue of a ticket pins one down. Where a fare changes after your approval but before the ticket is issued, the revised total is sent to you and the desk waits for a second approval before proceeding.

Traveler details

Every name must match the passport or government-issued document the traveler will present, because the carrier submits it to the Transportation Security Administration's Secure Flight program. Names, dates of birth and, on an international itinerary, passport numbers are read back to you before a booking is placed. Where an error is already on a ticket, see the name correction page.

Confirmation and tickets

Once the carrier issues the ticket, the confirmation code, ticket number and itinerary are sent to you. Check all three against the quote you approved and report any line that reads differently.

Travel documents

Holding valid identification, passports, visas and any other required paper is each traveler's own responsibility. The desk may indicate what a route is likely to require, but the U.S. Department of State and the destination's own authorities are the only authority on it.
